The information requested by the Leaside Skating Club at time of registration is used for its sole and exclusive use to ensure the delivery of the services purchased by members from the Club.
Unless otherwise informed, the club will assume that parents/guardians and skaters acknowledge and consent to the fact that skaters may from time to time be photographed during the skating season and consent to the use of his/her photograph being used for advertising and publicity for the Leaside Skating Club, and waive all rights to remuneration or otherwise in connection to the above.
